The Ramsey Plannin~ and Zoning Co=ission conducted a public hearin~ on <br />Tuesday, August 19, 1986 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, A~ting Chairman <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br />Mr. 3im Rowel1 <br />Mr. Terry Rendriksen <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Ken Peterson, Chairman <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Ben Deemer <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Acting Chairman Zimmerman called the public hearing to order at 7:32 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Ms. Norris stated that this public hearing should have been on Planning and <br />Zoning's September 2, 1986 agenda. <br /> <br />There were no citizens present regarding Halco's request. <br /> <br />Motion by Acting Chairman Zimmerman and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to <br />continue the public hearing regarding Ralco*s request for a conditional use <br />permit to utilize a mobile home for temporary office space until September 2, <br />1986. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Aating Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Rowell, <br />Shumway and Rendrlksen. Voting No: None.
