NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINO <br /> <br /> CITY OF RA/4SKY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Ram~ey's Planning and Zoning <br />Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 8, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Hamsey, Minnesots. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Mr. and Mrs. Gary <br />Rice for a conditional use permit to operate a tuxedo rental operation from <br />their home at 15210 Waco Street N.W.
