CIT'~ OF i~kl~tS~ <br /> <br />CORDITIORAL USE PIflU4IT A~[EF,/4ERT <br /> <br />This agreement entered into this day of , 1986, between <br />the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to ss "City," and Scott Springer, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," in conjunction with the issuance to the <br />Applicant of a conditional use permit to operate a snow plowing operation from <br />his home at 8872 175th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />This conditional use permit agreement is hereby granted contingent upon the <br />Applicant agreeing to and complying with the following conditions· <br /> <br />1. Exterior displays or signs for the snow plowing business shall not be <br /> permitted except as permitted in Section 170.05 of the City Code. <br /> <br />The City of lLamsey reserves the right to inspect the property at any <br />reasonable time if it receives complaints from adjacent property <br />owners · <br /> <br />The Applicant shall be permitted to store no more than <br />on the property to be used for the snow plowing business. <br /> <br />vehicles <br /> <br />4. The Applicant shall not be permitted any exterior storage of vehicle <br /> parts or inoperable vehicles and equipment on his property. <br /> <br />5. This conditional use permit agreement shall be recorded with the Anoka <br /> County Recorder. <br /> <br />6. The Applicant shall be the only employee of the snow plowing business. <br /> <br />7. This conditional use permit shall apply to that property legally <br /> described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 10, Countryside Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota (subject <br />to easements on the plat) <br /> <br />SUMMARY <br /> <br />The Applicant understands and agrees that the conditional use permit granted <br />herein is subject to review at any reasonable time and shall be reviewed <br />annually by City staff. <br /> <br />Any violations of the conditions described heein or any violations of other <br />City ordinances may be cause for immediate revocation of this conditional use <br />permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
