Councilmembers are not only talking about the problem, but doing something <br />about. Councilmember Cox stated that he and Councilmember $orteberg have <br />donated their personal equipment to the ovners of Skelgaa to use to pump rater <br />across the highway. Councilmember Cox stated that people couldn't afford to <br />live in Ramsey if it weren't for the industrial/commercial tax base and that is <br />why the City promotes that kind of growth. Industrial/commercial properties <br />pay their ovn freight as weI1 as that of the residents.
