Voting No: ~one. <br /> <br />~MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />Councilmember Reimann stated that the cut-off deadline for items to be included <br />in the agenda is the Wednesday preceding the Council meeting. Councilmember <br />Reimann suggested that deadline be moved ahead so that agendas can be <br />distributed sooner and Council will then have sufficient time to review the <br />cases. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />request that a deadline be established for submitting items to Council agenda <br />as 12:00 noon on Monday of the week preceding the Council meeting. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmeaber Cox noted that there are items like minutes <br />and staff reports that could be mailed to Council earlier in the month and <br />separate frma the agenda itself. <br /> <br /> Motion carried.
