The size of Lot 4, Block 1 has been increased to meet the 2.5 acre
minimum area. Lots 1-3, Block 1 were slightly oversized.

2. Soil borings have been contracted for and a report will be available at
the meeting tuesday night.

3. Preliminary plat data as requested:

A. Soils data supplied by Mr. Raatikka and soil borrings will be
presented at the Planning Commission meeting. In our review of the
S.C.S. Soil survey we observe that soils shown on the site are Nymore
loamy sand (NyA), Zimmerman fine sand (ZmC), and Nymore loamy coarse
sand (NrD). NyA and ZmC have slight to moderate notes for septic
systems. NrD is listed as severe for septic systems because of slope.
The NrD occurs on portions of Lots 2, 3 & 4, Block 1. Please note that
there relatively flat areas on each of these lots which will allow
construction of a drainfield. We do not observe any Duelm loamy coarse
sand on the property, according to the S.C.S. map.

B. Street Profiles submitted.

C. Proposed name of the subdivision - AUTUMN MEADOWS.

D. It is not practical to show dimensions and areas of the lots to the
tenth of a foot. The final plat would have to be computed to maintain
that accuracy. The site has an area of 20 acres and the street will
have be set so that 10 acres lie on each side of the centerline. We
feel that it is premature to compute the final plat to receive
preliminary approval.

E. The building setback lines are now shown on the plans.

F. Lot use is single family.
private on-site systems.

Source of water and sewage disposal are
