Calculations of projected rater usage using Ninnesota <br /> Pollution Control Agency and/or N£nnesots Department of <br /> Realth guidelines. <br /> <br />Plann[n~ Department <br /> <br />The applicant shall submit the plans for the proposed project to <br />the Planning Department at least treaty-one (21) days prior to a <br />regular Planning Commission ueetiug. The purpose of this is to <br />alloy the City Staff to reviev the proposed project. The <br />folloeiug information shall be submitted by the applicant at this <br />time: <br /> Sketch plan of the proposed project; <br /> 2.
