Benj~in De,er C~ TO O~ER ~tin~ Chai~an Zi~e~an called the public hear[n~ to order at 7:35 FUBLIC H~I~G ~USINESS Hr. Richard Baker, ~8~1 Salish Circle ~, stated that he wished Hr. Jeff Stedman vere present, as he has a n~er of concerns he vould like addressed. Nr. Baker stated that there are bear in the park and he's afraid that customers won't be alert and know how to handle ~h~. C~[ss[oner Zi~e~an questioned Ha. Norris on the entrance to the park. Ha. Norris stated tha~ the entrance is at the intersection si County Road and 179~h Avenue ~. She also stated ~hat the bus[ness will operate only ~[th[n the park area. Hr. Baker ~pressed [urther concerns re~ard[n~ ~arbage and that he hopes they are responsible for clean-up on the Srounds and parking lots. C~[ss[oner Z[~e~an questioned h~ the area will be policed. ~s. Norris said that Northstar will take care off the ~arbage and that this stipulation is in the conditional use pe~[t agre~ent. Hr. Baker stated that they should report alter a year on how the ~.~ per can deposit is work[nE and ~hat maybe it should be $1.00/can. Hr. B~er ~ent on to ask [[ they are ~o[ng to continue to us~ the burn~n~ barrel in the park. Co~[ssioner Zi~e~an s~ated tha~ that is a County park policy and we have no control over it.
