Johnson viii be required to keep his runoff on his own <br />land; he will have to provide drainase ponds. <br /> <br />Hr. Douahue - Inquired where the drainage ponds will be; all of the land has <br />downhill slope to it. <br /> <br />Commissioner 8hmmeay - Stated that depressions can be constructed right on the <br />lots that are designed to catch the flow. <br /> <br />Birdie Rotramel o Stated she already has a drainage problem on her property and <br />concerned that the development will add to her problems. Inquired if she would <br />receive only one assessment if the roads required reoufaci~. <br /> <br />Co~issioner De,er - Stated that ~tumn Reich,s was not required to construct <br />pondin~ areas; the drainage vas directed to Trott Brook. Hr. Johnson would <br />have to provide a 150~ bond to make sure all it,s of the develo~enC a~re~ent <br />are fulfilled. Ns. ~tr~el vould receive one assessment if and vhen <br />resurfacing takes place. <br /> <br />Hr. Do,hue - Concerned ~hat the area residents vill have to pay to f~ a road <br />ruine~ by hea~ construction equi~ent. Inquired if the park vill be developed <br />n~ that there will be more children in the area and if the park dedication <br />funds paid by Hr.
