Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Pat Bock - 5940 159th Lane N.W. - Stated that the Building Inspector was at her <br />home inspecting water damage and she would like to know his decision. <br /> <br />Councilmember Reimann requested that the Building Inspector view the Bock <br />property again and report back to Mrs. Bock right away. <br /> <br />Request For Final Plat Approval Of Flintwood Hills Third <br /> Addition; Case Of Mr. Art Raudio: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Mayor Heitman to adopt <br />Resolution ~86-91 approving the final plat of Flintwood Hills Third Addition <br />contingent upon the developer entering into a development agreement with the <br />City. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution ~86-91). <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Council questioned buffering on the highway side of the <br />property. Mr. Raudio stated that other than berming, that area will be <br />basically open.
