Brooks Superette ~35 has provided a certificate of insurance. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to approve <br />the application of Mr. Kent Dixon for for an on-sale 3.2 beer license for <br />Brooks Superette ~35 contingent upon the receipt of an acceptable certificate <br />of insurance; such license shall commence no earlier than July 1, 1986 and <br />expire on June 30, 1987. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />~ Endorsemeu~ Of North Metro Traffic Task Force Study_Report; <br /> <br />Council reviewed information presented requesting an endorsement of the North <br />Metro Traffic Task Force Study Report concerning the Mississippi River bridge <br />crossing problem. Ms. ~orris reported that Champlin is opposed to the <br />crossing. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Mayor Heitman to adopt Resolution <br />~86-103 endorsing the North Metro Traffic Task Force study regarding <br />Mississippi River bridge crossings. (Please refer to resolution file for <br />Resolution #86-103). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Special Council Meetin~ A~_enda For June 30. 1986: <br /> <br />City Administrator I/artley presented Council with a 8raft agenda for a June 30, <br />1986 meeting. Item number (2) within the Northfork P.U.D. case was altered to <br />read "Adopt A Resolution Approving Plans And Specifications . . . "rather <br />than "Adopt A Resolution Ordering Plans And Specifications . . .". <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox referred to the Northfork Case and questioned whether or not <br />the city has received MSA approval.
