Voting NO: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilm~,ber Cox and seconded by Mayor Bei~man to adopt Resolution <br />~86-17 adopting the 1986-1990 Long Term Financial Plan. (Please refer to <br />resolution file for Resolution #86-17). <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilme~ber Reimann noted that this plan is not cast in <br />stone and adjustments can be made to it. Councilmember Cox stated that he does <br />not agree with the entire document but a plan is ~c~ed and there has been <br />plenty of opportunity to provide input. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
