Oeneral Provisions. <br /> <br />Section 1300.401. Aoolication of This Ordinance. <br /> · <br /> <br /> Subd. 1. In their interpretatbn and application, the provtsbns of this Ordinance shall <br /> be held to be the- minimum requirements for the promotion of the public health, safety, <br /> morals, and welfare. . <br /> Subd. 2. Where the conditions provision of this Ordnanue either <br /> more restrictive or less restric~ve than comparable conditions imposed by any other <br /> law, ordnanoe, statute, resolution, or regulation of any kind, the regulations which are <br /> more restrictive or which impose higher standards or requirements shall prevail <br /> <br /> Subd. 3.
