C~mmissioner Deemer also <br />inquired if Mr. Voltin is the sole ~wner of the property. <br /> <br />Mr. Volting - Beplied that he ~wns the property in joint lartnership with Dave <br />Schulte. <br /> <br />Motion by Cc~missioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Sh~way to adjourn <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
