Case <br /> <br /> Consider Approval of Comprehensive Water Supply Plan <br />Brian E. Olson, Assistant Director of Public Works / Principal City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Over the past few months, along with the Comprehensive Sewer plan, Staff along with Bolten and Menk <br />has also been working with the DNR to formulate a plan for water system. This document has also gone <br />through many iterations and will be highly visible in our 5 year CIP. As demand on our water supply <br />system increases, it is extremely important to have a vision of our future water system needs and a <br />projection on future finances related to that water system. <br /> <br />Bolten and Menk will be present to make a presentation at the City Council Work Session before the City <br />Council meeting and will be able to respond to questions that you have relative to the Comprehensive <br />Sewer Plan. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Based upon discussion <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Based upon discussion <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />City Administrator <br />Director of Public Works <br /> <br />CC: 7/27/04 <br /> <br /> <br />
