Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #04-07- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL FOR RAMSEY <br />TOWN CENTER 3rd ADDITION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey Town Center LLC., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has <br />properly applied ~br 'preliminary plat approval of Ramsey Town Center 3rd Addition on the <br />following described property located in the City of Ramsey: '- <br /> <br /> Outlot l, Ramsey Town Center Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May 6 and May 11, 2004, the Planning Commission and the City <br />Council, respectively, approved the sketch plan for Ramsey Town Center 3rd Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 30, 2004, the City of Ramsey received an application for the <br />preliminary plat for Ramsey Town Center 3rd Addition from Ramsey Town Center, LLC; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 12, 2004, the Planning Commission held a public hearing and <br />reviewed the preliminary plat and recommended approval of the preliminary plat subject to <br />certain conditions; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval to Ramsey Town <br />Center 3ra Addition subject to the following conditions: <br /> a) Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated July 9, 2004 <br /> b) Approval of the preliminary site plan of Ramsey Town Center 3rd Addition <br /> <br />The motion ~br the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />and the l'bllowing voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the fbllowing abstained: <br /> <br /> <br />
