Absent: Councihnember Kurak. <br /> <br />Case #16: <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance to Vacate Easement in Rivenwick Village; Case of Turtle <br />Moon, Inc. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik stated that the City Council recently granted final plat <br />approval to Rivcmvick \/i}lagc, a repla! o1' Outlet A of Rivenwick 3rd Addition, into mixed use <br />planned unit devclop~:~c~t consisting oF 140 dwelling units in the southeast quadrant of Highway <br />10 and Riverdalc Drive NW. The underlying outlet that makes up the plat contains a drainage <br />and utility easement lbr a pending area. That pending area was reconfigured with the plat of <br />Rivenwick Village. On June 22, 2004, the City Council conducted a public hearing and <br />introduced an ordinance to vacate the underlying drainage and utility easement.
