Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Bauer is proposing to construct an accessory structure on his <br />prol~rty at 6131 Green Valley Road. The parcel is approximately 8 acres in <br />size. The aocessory structure will be approximately 30' x 60' and will be used <br />to house Mr. Bauer's horses. The structure w//1 be a pole structure. <br /> <br />Mr. Bauer is proposing that the accessory structure have a height of 23 feet. <br />Section 170.015G of the City Code specifies that "...no accessory.structure <br />shall exceed 16 feet in height..."
