BOfQID OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> PUBLIC H EAJlING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ram~ey Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on Thursday, <br />October 30, 1986 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota regarding Mr. and Mrs. Thole's request for variance from <br />location of accessory structure requirements. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Ken Peterson <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br />Mr. Ben Deemer <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Building Official Elvin Erick~on <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br /> <br />Commissioner Peterson called the Board of Adjustment public hearing to <br />order at 7:32 p.m. <br /> <br />Lawrence and Sherrie Thole were present. <br /> <br />Paul Neunsinger - 17400 Gibbon - Stated that the Thole's are his neighbors <br />and he has no objection to their variance request. <br /> <br />Commissioner Peterson noted receipt of a letter from Sharon Peterson of <br />17400 Gibbon Street stating no objection to the Thole's request for <br />variance. <br /> <br />There was no other citizen input. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Howell to <br />adjourn the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: <br />Howell, Deemer and Shumway. <br />Zimmerman. <br /> <br />Commissioners Peterson, LaDue, Hendriksen, <br /> Voting No: None.
