PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RA~SEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, October 7, 1986 <br />at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota <br />regarding use of Federal Revenue Sharing Funds. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Arnie Cox <br />Councilmember A1Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Jean Schlueter <br />Councilmember Steve DeLuca <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City A~ministrator David Hartley <br />Finance Officer Noel Graczyk <br />Reporter Kathy Cassidy <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the public hearing to order at 8:45 p.m. <br /> <br />STAFF PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Mr. Graczyk stated that it is likely that the Federal Revenue Sharing Program <br />will be discontinued after the current entitlement period ending September 30, <br />1986. Proposed use of the $45,000 projected available revenue sharing <br />entitlement is for computer lease, computer maintenance and two squad cars. If <br />the program is funded and continues, it is proposed that any additional funds <br />be appropriated for a ladder, level, one-ton truck with dump box, mower and <br />sprayer. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />~DJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Cox to adjourn <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilme~ers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Schlueter and DeLuca.
