Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Council consensus was to conduct another meeting to review those items brought <br />up for discussion during tonight's public hearing. <br /> <br />Mr. Graczyk stated that he has to submit the budget by Friday for publication <br />in the City newsletter; any changes that might result from Council's second <br />review of it can be followed up in a subsequent newsletter. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox noted that every year it seems there is last minute rush to <br />meet budget deadlines; next year expect budget proposal to be submitted to <br />Council in August with the Budget Committee being included in preparation <br />discussions. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that Staff will schedule a special Council meeting for <br />October 14 to review the budget proposal again. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to adjourn <br />the special Council meeting. <br /> October 7, 1986 <br /> <br />Page 5 of 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
