PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RA~MSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, October 28, <br />1986 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember A1Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Jean Schlueter <br />Councilmember Steve DeLuca <br />Councilmember Arnie Cox (arrived 7:50 p.m.) <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Community Development Planner Anne Norris <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />Finance Officer Noel Graczyk <br />Reporter Kathy Cassidy <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the regular Council meeting to order at 7:36 p.m. and led <br />in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to <br />approve the agenda with the following adjustment: <br /> <br />1. Discussion regarding park dedication agreement will be added to Case <br /> #19 Amend Northfork P.U.D. plat to correct street name. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Reimann stated that Councilmember Cox will <br />have some additional items for discussion. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br />and Schlueter. <br /> <br />CQN~ENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, DeLuca <br />Voting No: None.
