CASE #2: <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br /> REVIEW PLAT OF STANHOPE RIVER HILLS <br />REGARDING PARK DEDICATION REQUIREMENTS <br />Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Ms. Ann Canis and Mr. Tom Skiba are proposing to plat <br />approximately 60 acres along the Rum River into 19 single family <br />lots. <br /> <br />The Park Commission reviewed a sketch plan of this proposed plat <br />and recommended that the land dedication not be waived for this <br />plat. <br /> <br />The plat has been revised slightly and now shows the probable <br />lots in the plat. The Planning Commission requested that the <br />Park Commission review the proposed plat to determine which <br />lot(s) the Commission would recommend to satisfy the City's park <br />dedication requirement. <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information are the following items: <br /> <br />a) Site location <br />b) Proposed preliminary plat <br />c) Park Plan <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that the City require <br />to satisfy the City's park dedication requirements for <br />the plat of Stanhope River Hills. <br /> <br /> <br />
