CASE ~4: <br /> <br />REVIEW PAUL JOHNSON'S REQUEST REGARDING PARK LAND <br /> ACQUISITION <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Paul Johnson owns approximately five (5) acres at 16520 Germanium <br />Sttreet N.W. A drainage ditch runs north and south through the <br />property, splitting the property in half. <br /> <br />Mr Johnson has requested that the Park Commission consider <br />acquiring a portion of his property west of the drainage ditch to <br />be developed as a park for the neighborhood with a ballfield, <br />playing area, etc. <br /> <br />Mr. Johnson's property is located adjacent to the proposed Rum <br />River Hills Golf Course. <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information are the following items: <br /> <br />a) Site location <br />b) Paul Johnson's parcel <br />c) Park plan <br /> <br /> <br />
