INFOH~%.TION ITEMS <br /> <br />1. As you know, Councilmember Gary Reimann was appointed by the <br />City Council to serve the unexpired term of Mayor created by Gary <br />Heitman's resignation. On September 30, 1986, the City Council <br />appointed Steve DeLuca to the Council to serve Gary Reimann's <br />unexpired Council term. <br /> <br />2. The City Council granted preliminary plat approval to <br />Stanhope River Hills (the 60 acres located north of 153rd Avenue <br />N.W. on the Rum River) and accepted the Park Commission's <br />recommendation to acquire the outlot along the river for future <br />park development. <br /> <br /> <br />
