Under some alternatives,
sewer improvements included oversizing costs to serve land that
would not develop for 20 years. ~herefore, the City was to
assume payment for the oversizing cost for a portion of that
time, and this oost had to be figured into the City's fiscal
projections.

Ste_~. 6...~ Evaluate and Select _Land Use Alternatives

~he background information and results were presented to the City
officials for oonsideration. Training of local staff in the use of the system is
also needed. ~he Council is pursuing more current assessor's
data, which it would provide to the City. ~he procedure for
updating the parcel maps will be another task yet to be tested.
~he Council plans to continue to work with the City to facilitate
complete turnover of the data and programs to run the system.

O~HER PROJECTS

A similar project is also under way for the City of Plymouth.

7
