Gary Stritesky stated that the <br />audience oould care less about this politics and requested that Council get on <br />with agenda business. Citizen Susan Beale stated that Councilmembers Cox and <br />Reimann can approach the Charter C(mmission with their ~oncerns; Council <br />meetings are to conduct business and not debate the charter. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor ~eitman, Councilm~rs Sorteberg and <br />Schlueter. Voting No: Counc~lm~bers Cox and Reimann. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich noted that even though the above motion did pass, it did not <br />aco~mplish dispensing with the reading of the resolutions because a motion to <br />dispense with resolution reading requires a unanimous vote. <br /> <br />Councilmember COx noted that with the change to the charter he is <br />reoo~ending, it would only take one vote to get the resolution read. <br /> <br />Mayor ~eitman adjourned the regular Council meeting at 8:26 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the following Board of Adjustment Public ]~earing and Board of <br />Adjustment Meeting: <br /> <br />1) Request For Variance; Case Of Mr. Aaron Hinton <br /> <br />Council recessed at 8:40 p.m., following the Board of Adjustment meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor [~eitman called the Council meeting back to order at 8:50 p.m. <br /> <br />~pp~rvVAL OF ~TTY f~gUNg. Voting Yes: Mayor l~eitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />2) Motion by Councilnmmber Cox and seconded by Councilmember Schlueter to <br />approve public hearing meting minutes dated January 29, 1985 regarding <br />Improvement Project ~84-16 for Ramsey Terrace. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
