(Please refer to <br />resolution file for Resolution ~85-53). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor tteit~an, Councilme~bers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Schlueter and Reimann. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Council oonsensus is that improv~nents to Azurite Street NW and County Road ~5 <br />will be approved when it is known what County/City cost participation will be. <br /> <br />Council recessed at 9:13 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Reitman called the special Council meeting back to order at 9:25 p.m. <br /> <br />C. Status Of Tnurstnn Street <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka stated that he has met with Anoka regarding the <br />extension of ~]~urston Street and their consultant is looking at a bridge <br />crossover at the railroad tracks. ~he extension will cross Cry. Rd. 116 and <br />extend through Ramsey up to Cry. Rd. %5. <br /> <br />Council unanimously consented to dispense with the reading of the proposed <br />resolution. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to adopt <br />Resolution ~85-54 directing Staff to study the intersection of County Road ~5, <br />State Highway %47 and Dysprosium Street NW. (Please refer to resolution file <br />for Resolution ~85-54). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter.
