I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />PROCEEDINGS OF CITY OO3NCIL <br /> I~3BLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA 003 NTY <br /> S~TE OF MINNESO~ <br /> <br />A public hearing was conducted by Ramsey City Council on Tuesday, March 26, <br />1985 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesot~ regarding issuance of industrial revenue bonds for Mr. Greg Johnson, <br />Food and Fuel project. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Heitman <br />Councilmember Jean Schlueter <br />Councilmember Gary Reimann <br />Oouncilmember Arnie (3ox <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Lloyd Schnelle <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />Director of Technical Services Clayton Berg <br />City Planner Anne Norris <br />Reporter Angela Flint <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman called the public hearing to order at 9:16 p.m. <br /> <br />Mr. Greg Johnson was present. <br /> <br />Councilmember Schlueter inquired if IRB's are still there to be received. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle replied that allocation of how much can be issued is under State <br />control and the dollars are provided by invesh~ent bankers, not the State. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to adjourn <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter.
