Bowever, without <br />appropriate cost benefit data from the Airport Oom~ission, it is impossible to <br />determine what part, if amy, the airport could play in meeting that <br />commitment. It is the responsibility of the Airport Commission to provide <br />that information to City Council for review.' <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Mr. Raudio stated that Mr. Greg Johnson had to leave for another meeting and <br />he can speak for Mr. Johnson regarding Case $2.A. <br /> <br />A) ~f~ouest Fo~ T~Ruanee Of Industrial Revenue Bond~ For FnoO ~N' Fne] <br /> Pro._~t: CaRe Of Mr. Greo John~gon: <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman stated that he is not satisfied with State requirements <br />regarding fuel holding tanks; the metal ones are rusting, rupturing and <br />polluting. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle stated that the site and design plan can address this issue and <br />added that the City cannot be more restrictive than the State PCA. <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman stated that the IRB is for $300,000 and suggested that it would <br />be beneficial for the City to have some type of a cost breakdown regarding how <br />those figures were arrived at. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle stated that the City has never required a cost breakdown or <br />structure details on the IRB amount being issued because that is the <br />borrower's own business; structure and cost details come into play during the <br />City's Site and Design Plan process. <br /> <br />Mayor ]~eitman stated that some additional information would be helpful as it <br />is Council's business to approve the IRB. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle stated that the City should then require a Standard Operating <br />Procedure (SOP) with IRB applications. <br /> <br />March 26, 1985 <br /> <br />Page 18 of 26 <br /> <br /> <br />
