Ail actions taken by the Administrator pursuant to <br />the above-mentioned powers shall be carried out within the <br />statutory requirements as given in Chapter 412 of Minnesota <br />Statutes relating to statutory cities. <br /> <br /> 2. An amount not exceeding ten percent (10%) of the <br />total tax increment expenditures authorized by the Tax In- <br />crement Financing Plan or the total tax increment expen- <br />ditures for the Project, whichever is less, can be used to <br />pay any administrative expenses for a project. <br />Minnesota Statutes $ 273.75, subd. 3. <br /> <br /> 3. Administrative expenses include amounts paid for <br />services provided by bond counsel, fiscal consultants, and <br />planning or economic development consultants.
