Exislence of Anoka Vocational Technical Institute (access to and as <br /> resource for business). <br /> <br />6. Geographically located central to both downtown Minneapolis and <br /> downtown St. Paul. <br /> <br />7. Growing population. <br /> <br />8. Large population with good average family income (means purchasing <br /> power). <br /> <br />9. Availability of Anoko Ramsey Community College. <br /> <br /> 10. Existence of two good hospitals. <br /> <br /> I. Exceptional park and recreation system. <br /> <br /> 2. Superior educational syslem. <br /> <br /> 3. More house for the money. <br /> <br /> Housing diversity (any price range or style). <br /> <br /> 5. Access to recreational northland (just a little closer). <br /> <br /> 6. Proximity to metro area, short travel time to both downtown Minneapolis <br /> and St. Paul. <br /> <br /> 17. Good linkage among community service groups (social service~ job <br /> placement~ etc.). <br /> <br /> <br />
