Publicity Subcommittee CASE 92: REVIEW PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT AND ~%X INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN Enclosed in (D2-a) for your review and comment is the proposed Development Program and Tax Increment Financing Plan for proposed Development District and Tax Increment District No. 1. The City Council will be conducting a public hearing on this July 9, 1985 at 7:30 p.m. CASE 93: DISCUSSION REGARDING LOCAL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY At the May 8, 1985 ~DC meeting, you requested infor- mation regarding stock sales. The shares are issued by the President and Secretary of the Company. The sales will be reoorded at City Hall; a Gompany account can be established at City Hall or oa separate account may be started for the proceeds frcm stock sales. The Company's corporate seal is presently at City Hall. You may also wish to consider having Company letterhead created and printed.
