Mr. Raatikka stated that it is possible that Jarvis will be upgraded to a 9 ton road which would require removal of m of the existin~ trees. O~uncilmemher Cox noted that the tree oonoern can be addressed at the public hea~ing when and if Jarvis is upgraded. Refer to pa~e 9 for further action on this case. G~u~cil recessed at 9:06 p.m. Mayor Heitman called the meeting back to order at 9:24 p.m. Case %5: Requ_ est For ~'adino A~d Excavating Permit~ Case Of Mr. Raudio: Motion by 0ouncilmember (bx and seconded by ~ouncilme~ber Reimann to approve Mr. Art Raudio's request for a grading and excavation permit oontingent u~on Mr. Raudio entering into a grading and excavation permit agreement with the Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, O~x, Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. Requ_ est For _A~p_roval Of Set-Up License For The Party_ House: Mrs. Pat Smuder: Motion by (buncilmember (bx and s~oonded by ~u,c~r Sorteberg to approve of Ms. Pat Smuder's request for a set-up lioense for the Party House. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, (buncilmembers Cox, Sorteberg, Schlueter and Reimann. Voting No: None.
