Motion by Councilmember Cox to approve the agenda and addendm to the agenda with the following additions.. Case Request For Renewal Of On-Sale L~quor Lioense; Case Of J.R.'s Saloon Case %13: Reducing Spc~-~ Limit On 170th Lane In Brook Vie~ Estates Case %14: Lawcon Grant Under Mayor/Council Input -- a) Oaa~unity Park Festival b) Northern Par Deve/o~ment Motion carried. Voting Xes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmanbers Sorteberg, Cox, Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: No~e. Mayor Heitman stated that City Accountant Jeanne Haapala has resigned her position with the City of Ramsey and presented her with a letter of ~tion in recognition of bet outstanding professional servioe to the Mayor Heitman adjourned the regular Council meeting at 8:08 p.m. in'order to oonduct the following public hearings: 1) Board Of Adjustment ~,hl ic Hearing regarding KT~N-~, Inc. 's request for a varianoe from maximua height allowance. 2) Board of Adjustment ~,h~l ic Hearing regarding Mr. Donal Nienow's request for a varianoe to oonstruct an acoessory structure larger than 3) Board of AdjL~stment ~h_l ic Hearing regarding Mr. David Sohulte's request for a varianoe from the required front yard sethack. 4) Public ~earing regarding amemdment to City Garter.
