That ts <br />$114 more than last year, when the <br />league ranked th~. city eighth high- <br /> <br />Although SL Paul was at ttte top for <br />taxes on an $80,000 home, it ranked <br />53rd for its tax on the average-priced <br />home sold. And its property taxes' <br />were lower than two outstate cities <br />included in..~.e survey. <br />Overall, the survey found that Pro~* <br />erty taxes dropped slightly on the <br />typical house.
