I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> <br />i <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br /> I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />E(I)NOMIC DEVELOPMENT (DMMISSION <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOVA (DUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Economic Development Commission conducted a special meeting on <br />Wednesday, June 26, 1985 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 No, then Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />M~bers Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Don Greenberg, <br />Mr. Bernie Vevea <br />Mr. Ken Wagner <br />Mr. Bob Muller <br />Mr. Darryl Fults <br />Mr. Bill Miller <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Planner Anne Norris <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mr. Glen Hardin <br /> <br />Chairman Greenberg called the special meeting to order at 8:03 a.m. <br /> <br />(DMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Commissioner Fults stated that a meeting has been scheduled for the morning of <br />July 2, 1985 at City Hall regarding the request for municipal services frc~ <br />Mate Punch and Die in conjunction with their plans to e~pand. Omm~issioner <br />Fults stated that if City funds are used to extend the trunk line as far as <br />Mate Punch, all properties along the way can be assessed for the trunk line. <br />If ~ funds are used for the trunk line, the City cannot reoeive o0mpensation <br />from the landowners for the construction. Ore, missioner Fults stated, as a for <br />instance, that Tax Increment Financing could be used for trunk line <br />construction and CE~G funds could be used to get the laterals to Mate Punch and <br />Die; this method would all(~ the City to be compensated for trunk line <br />construction. <br /> <br />(k~mission consensus is to forward a letter to Mate Punch and Die stating that <br />Ramsey is addressing their needs. <br /> <br />Chaiman Greenberg gave a status report on the Gateway North Airport issue. <br /> June 26, 1985 <br /> <br />~gel~2 <br /> <br /> <br />
