Voting Yes: Mayor ~eitman, Gouncilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schl ueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Gouncilm~mber COx and seconded by Mayor Hei~an to approve the <br />preliminary plat of Ramsey Om~ercial Park with variances to topogral/~y/soil <br />boring requirements and access onto a major highway. Further, that this <br />approval is contingent upon those items in the City Engineer report dated July <br />2, 1985 and any other City Code requirements related to subdivision being <br />fulfilled. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mr. Goodrich informed Mr. fhristian that the feeling of <br />Planning and Zoning and City Council is not to grant any final approvals with <br />contingencies; it would be to his best interest to have everything ccmplete <br />prior to a request for final plat approval. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hei~an, Councilm~mbers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Do <br /> <br />Request For _Special Use Permit To Hold An Annual game Fair: Case Of Mr. <br />Charles Delaney.. <br /> <br />Mr. Delaney was present. <br /> <br />Councilmember Gox o0mplimented Mr. Delaney on the excellent lxogr~n presented <br />by the Ga~e Fair. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmeaber Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmepber COx to adopt <br />Findings of Fact 0 [16 for Mr. Charles Delaney's request to hold an annual Game <br />Fair. (Please refer to findings of fact file for Findings of Fact 0116). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, COx, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilme~ber Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember COx to approve <br />the request by Mr. Charles Delaney for a special use permit to hold an annual <br />Game Fair, contingent upon the applicant entering into a develol~ent agreement <br />with the City. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
