Gouncilm~mber Cox stated that there was some discussion carried on <br />prior to his arrival at the meeting that was not recorded; Ccm~issio~r Looyen <br />di~issed herself frc~ the meeting right after Councilm~nber Cox's arrival and <br />this is not indicated in the minutes. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that there was a meeting of those present; it is stated <br />that no official action can be taken because there is less than a quorum <br />present; the minutes can exist. <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman asked Councilm~mber COx if he feels that the minutes convey the <br />flavor of the June 20 Park meeting. <br /> <br />Councilm~ber Cox replied that he does not; the minutes indicate three <br />Co~nission members present and discussions prior to his arrival were not <br />recorded. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich noted that Council is not being asked to approve oo~nission <br /> July 29, 1985 <br /> <br />Pa~e 10 of 22 <br /> <br /> <br />
