Motion by Gouncilmember COx and seconded by Mayor Heitman directing City Staff to develop a resolution stating Ramsey's desire that ro goverr~ent body, at the County or State level, do anything to encourage expansion of the present landfill or development of Site P. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Oouncilm~nbers Sorteberg, Cox, Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. Finance - City Of Ramsey's Financial Report Gouncil noted. Use Of Three- And Four-Wheel Drive Recreational Vehicles In The City_ Of Ramsey Councilmember Schlueter inquired as to a resident's (Duse of action when these types of vehicles are trespassing. Chief Auspos stated that the resident should register a complaint with the Police Department and be willing to testify, if neoessary, against the person doing the illegal riding. Illegal riding would be trespassing onto personal property or public road ditches and right-of-way.
