Councilmenber Oox stated that the approved August 13 Council ~inutes indicate that Mayor Heitman stated he was not aware that Mr. Sohnelle would be resigning. Mayor Meitman stated that he was not aware that Mr. Schnelle would be sukmitting a resignation with a revised effective date at the August 13 Council Gouncilmenber Gox stated that the question put to Mayor Heitman on August 13 was if he was aware that Mr. Schnelle would be resigning. I I I Mayor Heitman stated that he was aware of Mr. Schnelle's intentions but he was not aware that he would be submitting his resignation on August 13.
