Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Oouncilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Sd~lueter. Voting No.. None. <br /> <br />Oouncilmember (Dx inquired as to the status of the quick coupler attachment for <br />the Public Works Depertment. <br /> <br />Mr. Mevissen stated that he has talked with Mr. Versa and his ~pany can only <br />provide the fr~e and not the hydraulic cylinders; don't know what the cost <br />would be; still pursuing a company to Provide the hydraulic cylinders. <br /> <br />Councilme~ber COx stated that the City should move on fiscal disparity and <br />local goverr~ent aids in order to be Prepared for the next legislative session. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Oox and ~econded by Coun¢il~ber Sorteberg directing <br />City Staff to set up a meeting with Representative Hartinger and Representative <br />Schrieber to discuss Ramsey's position regarding local goverr~ent aids and <br />fiscal disparity. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Gouncilm~mbers Sorteber9, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Mr. Raatikka states that First Impressions <br />contends that the damage was a result of a leaky valve and improper watering of <br />ice rinks this pest winter; the City is contending that First Impressions <br />failed to winterize the system properly.
