CLASSES OF VIOLATIONS <br /> <br />CLASS I <br /> <br />HIGH RISK/ACTUAL DAMAGE VIOLATIONS <br /> <br />Class I violations are those which: <br /> <br />1. Involve a failure to meet a legal requirement to abate an <br /> <br />identified, significant hazard to the environment or to human health; or <br /> <br />2. Present an immediate, direct and serious risk of harm to the <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />! <br /> <br />environment or to human health. <br /> <br />Examples to Class I violations: <br /> <br />1.
