-3- <br /> <br />CLASS II! LOWER RISK VIOLATIONS <br /> <br />Class III violations are those which: <br /> <br />1. Present only a small and generally indirect risk of environmental <br /> <br />harm; or <br /> <br />2. Do not provide a substantial economic benefit to the violator; or <br /> <br />3. Do not cause the government or other members of the public any <br /> <br />clearly identifiable extraordinary expense. <br /> <br />Examples of Class III violations: <br /> <br />1. Recordkeeping violations where the potential risk from a pollution <br /> <br />source is small, such as incomplete log entries. <br /> <br />2.
