Noted that at the last Council meeting <br />certain citizens o0~plaining about similar drainage problems were told to <br />initiate a petition requesting the installation of storm sewers. Mr. <br />Battenberg stated he woul~'t sign such a petition; the drainage issue is no <br />longer the citizen's p~oblem -- it is Ramsey' s, ~R's and the State's p~oblem. <br />What is Ramsey prepared to do about this water p~oblem? <br /> <br />Council oonsensus was to discuss Mr. Battenberg's ooncerns during Case #3.E. <br /> <br />Mr. Tc~ Sauter - Su~itted a letter dated Sept~ber 24, 1985 fr~ Sauter & Sons <br />Inc. requesting sewer and water to be installed at Sunfish Lake Blvd and <br />Industry Avenue with a 5-10 year assessment deferment. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember COx and seoonded by Mayor Heitman directing City Staff <br />to forward the r~guest of Sauther & Nons for sewer and water, and any other <br />future requests of this nature, to the Eoonomic Develoi~ent (k~ission and the <br />Planning and Zoning G0~mission for their re~iew and rec~tions prior to <br />su~ittal to City Council. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
