In this effort, personnel <br />of the MPCA are conducting inspections of companies in Minnesota that are <br />engaged in the generation, transportation, storage, treatment, or disposal of <br />hazardous waste. <br /> <br />Enclosed and hereby served upon you by Certified U.S. Mail is a Notice of <br />Violation (NOV) that has been issued to Waltek, Incorporated for failure to <br />comply with several provisions of Minnesota rules. <br /> <br />This letter and enclosed NOV identify the violations noted during the MPCA staff <br />inspection of March 29, 1985. In addition, this letter serves to advise you of <br />the potential for serious environmental damage due to the number and magnitude <br />of the violations.
