In the event that the submittal is disapproved in whole or in part, the Agency Director shall notify the Company of the specific inadequacies and shall indicate the necessary amendments or revisions. Within fifteen {15} calendar days of receipt of any notice of disapproval, the Company shall submit revisions to correct the inadequacies. Upon approval by the Agency Director, the submittal shall be considered a part of the Agreement and shall be implemented by the Company as specified in the approved schedule. 5. Agency. In consideration of the Company's performance of the terms, covenants, and agreements contained herein, the Agency. agrees that for such period of time as the Company is in compliance with this Agreement it shall stand in lieu of any administrative, legal and equitable remedies available to the Agency regarding the alleged violation of Minnesota rules described in paragraph A.6. of this Agreement, except that nothing in this Agreement shall preclude the Agency from exercising any administrative, legal or equitable reme- dies available to it to require additional efforts by the Company in the event that the implementation of paragraph B.1. does not eliminate or abate any pollution or contamination or threat thereo~ 'esulting from the violations set forti~ in paragraph A.6. 6.
