I <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />! <br />I <br /> <br />Motion by Councilme~ber Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />approve Resolution ~84-238 authorizing the transfer of the following funds: <br /> <br />-Transfer $9,360.00 from General Fund 101 to 1979 Debt Service Fund 401. <br />-Transfer $30,530.00 from General Fund 101 to Equipment Revolving Fund <br /> 810. <br />-Transfer $1,805.00 from General Fund 101 to 1982 Debt Service Fund 405. <br />-Transfer $10,228.58 from Revenue Sharing Fund 200 to General Fund 101. <br />-Transfer $52,000.00 from Revenue Sharing Fund 200 to Park Fund 215. <br />-Transfer $18,000.00 from Landfill Trust Fund 801 to General Fund 101. <br /> <br />-Transfer $3,898.00 from Park Improvement Trust Fund 802 to Park Fund 215. <br />-Transfer $15,845.00 from Administrative Trust Fund 808 to General Fund <br /> 101. <br />-Transfer $54,702.00 from Administrative Trust Fund 808 to General Fund <br /> 101. <br /> <br />(Please refer to resolution file for Resolution ~84-238). <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann <br />and Schlueter. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Van Wagner. <br /> <br />c) Monthly Financial Reports (Cash Flow, Revenue & Expenditure Report ) - <br />Council noted. <br /> <br />~ Receivin~ Report_From Oo~muni.ty Education Ad ~oc (lm~ittee; <br /> <br />Mr. Tim Kelsey was present and stated that he served on the Co~unity <br />Education Ad ]~oc Con~ittee representing the Anoka Area ~ockey Association. <br />Mr. Kelsey stated that the following persons also served on the (kmmittee: <br /> <br />Tom Ihrke representing RYAA <br />Alice Rasmussen representing Ramsey Advisory Council <br />Dorothy Stadfelt representing Ramsey Advisory~ Council <br />Paul Reifenberger, Principal of Ramsey Elementary <br />Steve Onstad, interim ~unity School CDordinator <br />Dennis Donovan, Park Board <br />Curt Titterud representing the senior citizens <br />Gary Reimann representing Ramsey City Council <br />Barb Boelter representing Ramsey School s~aff <br />Jim Stewart, ex-officio, fk~mmunity Education District Office <br /> <br />Mr. Kelsey prepared to review with the Council, the report prepared by this <br />Committee. Some of the reco~tions to come out of this report are that <br />the fees for youth, pre-school and adult education programs be increased $1.00 <br />in 1985 and 1987 and other various increases in fees for the sumaer programs. <br />Mr. Kelsey stated that the Committe has worked very hard to come up with ways <br />to make the G0~munity Education program more self sustaining but tax dollars <br />are still r. ccded to oover administrative costs. Mr. Kelsey con~m.~nted that the <br />overall th~me of the r~ndations made is a gradual shift from a tone, unity <br />school concept to a co~unity service/human service concept. <br /> <br />R~GE 8 OF 26 <br /> <br /> <br />
