Absent: Mayor Gamec. <br /> <br />i) City Engineer's Request For Partial Pay For CDnstruction Projects 184-12 <br /> And ! 84-18 - <br /> <br />Council unanimously consented to dispense with the reading of the resolution. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />adopt Resolution ~84-251 approving partial pay estimate for Oonstruction <br />Projects ~84-12 and ~84-18 for Arcon Construction Company, Inc. in the amount <br />of $210,160. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution ~84-251). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Sorteberg, Van Wagner and <br />Reimann. Voting No: CouncilOr Schlueter. Absent: Mayor Gamec. <br /> <br />MAYOR/O~3NCIL INPUT <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich informed Council that Waste Management has the option <br />to waive the mining permit contingency and close on the sale of the landfill; <br />if they decide to go ahead with the closing, they will be waiving the mining <br />permit and conditional use contingency and the money deal will go forward. <br /> <br />Bills For Approval For .~he Month Of Dece~r: <br /> <br />Council unanimously oonsented to dispense with the reading of the resolution. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Sc~lueter to <br />adopt Resolution #84-252 authorizing the payment of bills for the month of <br />December, 1984 in the amount of $660,095.78 minus $.54 (tax on Lehmann bill). <br />(Please refer to resolution file for Resolution ~84-252). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilm~mbers Sorteberg, Van Wagner, Reimann <br />and Schlueter. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Gamec. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sch!ueter to <br />authorize Councilman Reimann to approve the p~yment of the r~ainder of bills <br />at the end of December, 1984. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilm~rs Sorteberg, Reimann, Schlueter and <br />Van Wagner. Voting NO: None. Absent: Mayor Gamec. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilm~mber Van Wagner and seconded by Councilm~mber Schlueter to <br />temporarily adjourn this meeting and to readjourn at 7:00 p.m. on December 18, <br />1984. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
