AUTHORITY <br /> This Ordinance is adopted pursuant <br /> tO and under tire authority of the Home <br /> Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, <br /> Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes <br /> 412.851. <br /> SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> The following described dedicated <br /> drainage and utility easement is hereby <br /> vacated, to-wit: <br /> All that drainage and utility <br /> easement contained in Outlot <br /> A, Rivenwick 3rd Addition, <br /> according to the recorded <br /> plat thereof, Anoka County, <br /> Minnesota. <br /> SECTION 3.
