PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION ORDINANCE #04-31 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNIY STATE O¢ MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY - EASEMENTS IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This Ordinance is adopted pursuant tO and under tire authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. SECTION 2. VACATION The following described dedicated drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: All that drainage and utility easement contained in Outlot A, Rivenwick 3rd Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
